Our stagetruck is not a trailer-stage that is pulled by car, The Rolling Stage opens up from the truck itself. A smart solution that reduces the transport needs and makes the rigging quick and easy.

When you rent a stage from us, we do all transport with the stage-truck itself. We make logistics easy when planning a roadshow with us: it does not matter if your event is in the city or out in a forest, our mobile stage arrives wherever you need it.

We care about the environment and help you to minimize transport. Stage, equipment, and technicians travel in the same vehicle for effective logistics. Check our Roadshow case – smooth.

Stage

Having a nice stage can make a big difference even at smaller events. It helps to set the focus and creates a sense of occasion. However, building a stage can be overwhelming, as it takes time, requires a lot of space, and needs manpower. But don’t worry, we can help you sort this out!

It should not be so awkward to rent a stage

Great for a DJ or a smaller band, perfect for speakers. Our stage is not huge, and we are proud of it! Its height of 80 cm and surface of 15 m2 makes it perfect for small or medium size events.

Most of it is ready so soon we have parked at your spot: no traditional rigging on site. We open the side of the truck, mount the stairs and the mobile stage is ready for your outdoor event. We have the PA, mixer, microphones, and stage lights built-in, and of course – you get all this when you rent an outdoor stage from us!

Stage-roof? Of course. Our stage truck has a roof by default. Rain is not an issue, your artists and speakers are protected on our mobile stage.

Event sponsors want to be seen. Our mobile stage frames the activities with huge, spectacular banners with your design.

A mobile stage that looks good

If you are the organizer, our banner gives you the possibility to sell the stage to your main sponsor. It’s seen by everyone, and the brand is going to be visible in every picture from the event. The banners make the stage look bigger than it is and make your event look more serious.

If you are a sponsor, 33 m2 is waiting for your brand! As a sponsor of an outdoor event (for example a running race), you can have a DJ on your very own brand stage along the track. You are going to be seen and heard by everyone passing by.

Case

with everything you need

When you rent a stage from us, we are also included. We take care of everything around the stage: transport, rigging, banners, and equipment, and we stay with you during the whole event to help you with sound and lights. After the dust settles, we pack up the stage and drive home – just smooth.

We care about your event.

We help during the planning, are with you during, and help with everything stage-related. You do not need to worry about microphones, volume, music, and lights. If needed, we can help to book DJ, speaker, or a band.

We, in the backstage of the stagetruck: Lili & Balint. We just love outdoor events, and we are proud of our concept, theRollingStage. When you choose to work with us, you partner up with a family company and rent a stage developed and built by us. The concept was born in 2016, today we have 4 stage trucks and are active in the Nordics and EU.

Scenvagn för sponsorer på Midnattsloppet

2024 var tredje året vi hjälpte Midnattsloppet att exponera sponsorer och underhålla löpare med två scenvagnar: – Midnattsloppet är ett dynamiskt evenemang där mobila musikenheter är mycket viktiga. Med The Rolling Stage så kan våra sponsorer etablera en professionell scen med ljus, ljud på mindre än 30 minuter precis i flödet för våra löpare. Nocco Roadshow – Handbolls VM 2023

Kungsholmen Runt ´21, ´22 & ´23

Stockholms Snabba och Centrala Lopp - Vi hade äran att hjälpa Kungsholmen Runt med mobil scen för tre år i rad (2021, 2022 och 2023). Vår scenvagn stod i "Rålis" - i Rålambshovsparken på Kungsholmen i Centrala Stockholm. Loppet är ett stort utomhusevent, riktig löparfest med tusentals löpare och flera stora varumärke som sponsorer.
